Every quarter, Diana MG Achieng, a dedicated volunteer with Lift the Children, leads mentorship programs in two children’s homes. Her mentorship is rooted in spiritual values—with a foundation in Biblical principles—yet it remains inclusive, welcoming children from all faith backgrounds. The heart of her mission is to instill values that cut across denominations, building character, resilience, and hope in young people.

This year has been an incredible journey for both Diana and the Road to Mentorship program. Through every challenge and victory, we have seen God’s faithfulness as we continue to disciple, guide, and empower young hearts—equipping them with His Word and practical life skills.

🕊 Nazarene Children’s Home: Building Foundations in Faith

Earlier this year, we began a mentorship series focusing on identity in Christ, breaking negative generational cycles, and nurturing God-inspired dreams.

Week after week, we saw the children grow—spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. The highlight of the program was a powerful day of testimonies, where children openly shared how the teachings had reshaped their thinking and given them a renewed vision for the future.

At Christ The Hope, the atmosphere was vibrant, joyful, and deeply spirit-filled. We tackled real-life challenges such as peer pressure, identity struggles, anger, and forgiveness—all through the lens of Scripture and practical wisdom.

Through games, Bible trivia, and creative storytelling, the children not only learned but also experienced values in a way that was fun, engaging, and transformative.
