Baraka Za Ibrahim Children's Center is a registered charitable organization serving the center of Nairobi's Kibera slums. The home rehabilitates children who have been orphaned, abandoned or affected by HIV. In some situations, a child's caregiver may be too ill to provide adequate care, demanding intervention.

Founder Madam Masila, a teacher at a local government school, realized that poverty and neglect prevented many children from performing well academically. She created Baraka Za Ibrahim to fulfill their basic needs. Following rehabilitation, residents of the home may be fostered or re-integrated with their families, who receive payments to offer quality care.
